What you can do today
Attendance in one tap
Mark everyone present, then change only the late and absent ones. Leave requests from parents are built in.
Hifz, Nazra and Qaida progress
Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil for each student, the last lesson as the starting point, and a monthly report you can print or export.
Pace against a target
Set how much a class should read each month and see who is ahead or behind. Completion dates are shown as estimates, never promises.
A simple app for parents
Parents sign in with their phone number and a 6-digit PIN from an invite link or QR code, and see only their own child.
Admissions and Excel import
Follow an application from inquiry to admission, print the admission file, and bring existing students and teachers in from Excel.
Your own name and logo
Your logo, colour and address on the app and on every printed report, with your own report titles.
Urdu, English and Arabic
Right-to-left and left-to-right layouts, with a light theme and an optional dark one.
Made for the phone
Works on a small screen and on an office computer, and installs like an app.
Still in development
Fee collection and receipts, and a full exam system, are being built. They are not available yet.
Your data stays yours
- Each institution's data is kept apart from every other institution's by the database itself.
- Nothing is deleted by accident: records are archived, and lists can be exported.
- Parents see only their own child. There is no SMS; WhatsApp messages are prepared for you to send.
