Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not: - Enter data they have no right to enter, or false data about any person. - Access, or try to access, another institution's data or accounts. - Share login details, or let unauthorized people use an account. - Upload unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or malware. - Use messaging features to send spam, political or commercial advertising, or messages unrelated to the institution's work. - Overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service. - Use AI features to produce content that is unlawful or harmful. Breaches may lead to warning, suspension of the user or, for serious or repeated breaches, of the account.
